As an Account Manager, you'll be the main commercial contact for your portfolio of existing clients. You'll focus on building long-term relationships that support their success and ours. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction, grow partnerships through upselling, and secure contract renewals.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build lasting partnerships
- Deeply understand their needs and uncover upsell opportunities. Be the Odoo adviser they rely on!
- Drive growth by identifying future sales potential and guiding customers towards the right Odoo package
- Showcase new apps, features, and versions through impactful product demonstrations
- Secure contract renewals and upgrade agreements, from monthly plans to multi-year commitments
Exigences
- Business Degree (Bachelor or Master)
- Strong relational & negotiation skills
- C1 level in French & English
- Strong organizational skills: you will have around 250 clients to manage!
- 3 to 5 years of exp. in IT/Sales
- Ability to learn quickly

Two ways we serve our clients
We work with clients in two different service models:
In some cases, Odoo manages everything from sales to implementation.
In others, we stay the commercial contact while a Partner delivers the implementation.
Direct service
- Odoo manages both the commercial relationship and the implementation
- Best fit when client needs are standard and fully covered by Odoo
- Everything handled directly by Odoo teams
Indirect service
- Used when client needs go beyond Odoo's internal scope such as
- Custom integration
- Specific localisation (e.g. accounting, payroll) not yet supported by Odoo - Odoo partner manages implementation and consultancy
- Odoo keeps full ownsership of the commercial relationship

Full-time CDI
A 40 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
