1. How do I move an opportunity to a different stage in the CRM app?
Click into the opportunity card, open the ‘Stages’ tab, and select the new opportunity stage On the dashboard, drag and drop the opportunity into the new stage. Or, in the opportunity, select the new stage On the dashboard, double-click the opportunity, and select the new stage in the drop-down menu. Or, in the opportunity, click into the ‘Stages’ tab, and drag and drop into the new stage The customer needs to email requesting their opportunity to be moved to a new stage.
2. Where can I check the history of an opportunity?
In the ‘Opportunity History’ page on the CRM app In the ‘Activities’ page, under the ‘Reporting’ menu In the ‘History’ tab on the opportunity page In the chatter section on the opportunity page
3. What’s the fastest way to check the next meeting for an opportunity in the CRM app?
Check the meeting date on the smart button in the opportunity page Scroll through the chatter in the opportunity page, and identify the most recent meeting date Message the opportunity owner in the chatter, and ask them There is no way to check meetings in the CRM app, I’d need to check the Calendar app
