Scholengroep Sint-Rembert
Het VTI Torhout, onderdeel van scholengroep Sint-Rembert heeft over verschillende technische afdelingen een aanzienlijke voorraad aan technisch materiaal beschikbaar. Er was de wens vanuit de boekhoudkundige en technische dienst de voorraad beter te gaan beheren. Er werden locaties aangemaakt in de verschillende magazijnen en de volledige voorraad werd gecontroleerd en geïmporteerd in Odoo. Nu is door iedereen geweten wat op welke plaats ligt, en heeft de boekhoudhoudkundige dienst een zicht op de waarde van de voorraad. Daarnaast werd een studio app ontwikkeld voor het bijhouden van verbruikte materialen per leerling, klas, project, .. Voor de aankoop van nieuwe materialen werd een digitale goedkeuringsflow opgezet waarbij alle beslissingsnemers de bestellingen kunnen goedkeuren. The company's old, custom-made software was no longer capable of supporting their business goals. It was not up to date for 2025 and lacked the ability to handle their complete business process in a way that would allow for sustainable growth. This created a need for a modern, integrated solution.
Our solutions
We implemented an Odoo solution tailored to their needs. This included the active use of standard Odoo apps to cover their entire process, from customer relations to inventory management. Custom modules were developed to address their unique business model, ensuring all processes were streamlined and fully supported.
