**Step 1 – Register a Second WhatsApp Business Account on Meta**
Yes, you do need to add a second Phone Number in your existing Meta Business App (or create a separate WhatsApp Business Account). Go to your Meta Business Manager → WhatsApp accounts → Add phone number.
**Step 2 – Add the Second Number in Odoo**
- Go to: Discuss (or WhatsApp) → Configuration → WhatsApp Accounts
- 2. Click "New"
- 3. Enter the new phone number, display name, and the corresponding API Token from Meta
- 4. Save and connect
**Step 3 – Configure which Channels Use Which Number**
Once the second account is connected, you can assign different WhatsApp accounts to different templates or channels. For example, one number for sales communications and another for support.
**Important Notes:**
- Each WhatsApp number requires its own unique API setup in Meta Developers (Business Verification applies to the Meta App, not per number)
You can manage multiple WhatsApp accounts from the same Odoo instance
- Make sure both numbers are verified and approved in Meta Business Manager
