With a focus on both B2C and B2B clients, they provide solutions ranging from water softeners to large-scale public pool projects.
The challenge
NRW was hindered by a fragmented system of manual processes, using Word for quotations and Excel for scheduling. This resulted in significant inefficiencies, with technicians unable to update records in the field and a lack of real-time visibility into operations, which slowed down service delivery and increased administrative overhead.

dear digital implemented a full Odoo solution to centralize NRW’s operations. This included developing an integrated planning module for geographical scheduling and enabling technicians to update customer records on tablets in the field. Additionally, we set up Odoo Sign for a more efficient contract process.
