How to set annual leave allocation (accrual basis) for each employee based on their joining date automatically?

Hi Midhun,
Your requirement is to allocate annual leave based on the joining date.
For example, XYZ company gives 1 annual paid leave. You set an accrual logic that allocates 4 leaves every quarter.
If an employee joins in January, then 4 leaves will be allocated, or in February, 2 leaves, or March 1 leave.
