Your requirement is to allocate annual leave based on the joining date.

For example, XYZ company gives 1 annual paid leave. You set an accrual logic that allocates 4 leaves every quarter.

If an employee joins in January, then 4 leaves will be allocated, or in February, 2 leaves, or March 1 leave.
