I have a Helpdesk application in Odoo V16 where I am already using one incoming mail server to receive emails.
Now, I need to add another email account as a second incoming mail server. My requirement is for both mailboxes to work simultaneously without any issues, and I want to ensure that Odoo does not get confused or mix up emails between the two mailboxes.
Is it possible to configure two incoming mail servers in Odoo so that both email accounts receive incoming emails independently and work correctly at the same time? If so, is there any recommended configuration or best practice to avoid conflicts?
