Yes, Odoo V16 fully supports multiple incoming mail servers running simultaneously, and they will work independently without any conflict.

Here's how to set it up cleanly:

1. Go to Settings > Technical > Incoming Mail Servers and add your second email account with its own credentials (host, username, password, port).

2. In your Helpdesk module, assign a separate email alias to each team (e.g., Team A handles support@domain.com, Team B handles helpdesk@domain.com). This is configured under Helpdesk > Teams > [Team Name] > Email Alias.

3. Each incoming mail server will fetch emails from its own mailbox and route them to the correct team based on the alias. Odoo processes each server independently, so there is no cross-contamination between the two.

Best practice tip: Make sure the "Create" action on each mail server is set to the correct model (Helpdesk Ticket) and that each Helpdesk team has a unique alias. That's all it takes to keep them cleanly separated.
