I'm using Odoo 19 Enterprise Online. I'm trying to create a marketing campaign using Marketing Automation. When creating a template, the ability to change the 'Sent From' address is not possible. It is locked to the user. We use a different email server for our marketing emails, and I need to be able to change it to suit. (Note, I can change which email server it can be sent from without problem).
I have been checking in runbot, and the ability exists in SAAS 18.4, but seems to have been removed in SAAS 19.0
Another thing I noticed was that while creating the email template, it seems to get flagged as 'Sent' straight away, and that may be causing the issue.
Does anyone know of a way to get around the issue?

Hmm, interesting. By "It is locked to the user." - you mean that it is like the read only field, right? (trying to confirm I reproduced it correctly).
I'd suggest contacting support, looks like a bug to me.
Yes, Send From email is Read-Only. I can understand that might be the behaviour for someone that only has 'User' status, but I'm an Admin user.
Do you know how and where to submit a bug report?
While in you Odoo Database click your avatar (right upper corner) -> Help. New Page opens, and you'll find "Report a bug" there.
