[18.0][15.0] Database Migration suggestion

Question

Hey everyone, I'm planning to do database migration via OpenUpgrade. My project has 150+ custom addons. So i am thinking to do database migration version by version and code migration directly from 15 to 18.
Is it doable ? Or anyone has came across similar situation ?

*Answer to my own question:*
I followed a *sequential migration* strategy.
First, I upgraded my database to *Odoo 16*, *17*, and then *18*, one version at a time—*without any custom modules*. This ensured that the core database was upgraded cleanly and without conflicts.
After completing the core migrations, I applied and adapted my *custom modules* on the Odoo 18 instance.
