i have installed this as fresh instance and some 3rd party addons from odoo official store.
We can see in the screenshots attached that some ui elements are not working as intended.

The issues will be mostly from the third party apps, please report it with third party app authors through their communication channels.

It's the third party addon's fault and odoo official store as a source is not a certificate of quality. I expirenced this issue when the 3rd party addons mess up with the css (such as those theme addons). Uninstall the 3rd party addon may resolve the issue.
