Hi,
Is there a way of 'hiding' a quality team from everyone other than the team members?
I'm looking for this to be similar to the Helpdesk function, where you choose the team members and their visibility.

You need to create your own Record Rule.
- settings -> Technical -> Find Record Rules menu.
Hi Nikhil, how do I do this? I've never had to create a Record Rule, so this is unfamiliar territory for me
