Seven Meadows engaged Thoughtlogik to replace their disconnected systems and enable scalable growth through a fully integrated Odoo ERP implementation. At the time, their operations were split across ShopWired (eCommerce), Sage (Accounting), Capsure CRM, and multiple spreadsheets for inventory, customer orders, and logistics. 


Thoughtlogik conducted a strategic discovery workshop and process audit, followed by a comprehensive Odoo MVP, showcasing a unified solution covering eCommerce, B2B sales workflows, inventory management, CRM, and accounting. The successful MVP demonstrated how Odoo could centralise their operations and better serve both trade and retail customers. Following this, Seven Meadows selected Odoo as their core platform for business transformation.
