Get notification for replys

Question

We communicate with customers on eg. stock.pickings chatter. We add them to the chatter and they reply to the email. The email is added to the chatter of the stock picking. But we didn't found a way to get a notification for this. Is there some configuration or OCA module to get a notification to see it as soon as the customer answers? or a list view to be able to see all the new mails from today. It's very important to see them timely.

Actually, this is a common requirement in Odoo. The notification behavior depends on how the user is following the document and their notification settings. ​To fix this for your team, please check these 3 things: ​Followers List: First, ensure that the users who need notifications are actually added as 'Followers' on the specific Stock Picking record. Hello Nikolaus Weingartmair,
I hope you are doing well
*Root cause: *Odoo skips notifications for followers whose email is in the To/CC of the incoming reply assuming they already got it directly.
*Fix:* Ensure outgoing chatter emails use the *catchall/alias address* as From (not individual user emails), so customer replies go only to the Odoo alias. Configure under
*Settings ->Technical ->Email ->Alias Domains*.
