Challenge: Saleswise struggled with highly fragmented operations spread across Teamleader, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Their most critical bottleneck was manual resource planning: for fixed-price projects, planners had to manually calculate and track dozens of half-day blocks in Excel. Additionally, a lack of centralized CRM warnings created commercial risks, as recruiters lacked clear visibility into client lists. Finance also wasted hours on manual contract creation and managing complex hybrid billing structures.
The Solution: Digifiers replaced the disconnected tools with a centralized Odoo environment. To solve the planning headache, they developed a custom "Bucket" planning engine that automatically generates the required time slots the moment a deal is won. The system also unified the CRM with visible tags and set up a streamlined hybrid invoicing system for both Time & Material and Fixed Price projects.
Value Delivered: Saleswise completely eliminated its reliance on static Excel planning and double data entry. With an automated scheduling board, real-time financial forecasting, and centralized CRM data, the operational bottlenecks were removed, allowing the business to confidently scale toward its goal of managing a larger amount of consultant agendas in the future.

The solution was fully integrated with SAPTCO’s existing internal systems, including the Human Resources system and LDAP (directory services), ensuring seamless data synchronization and secure user authentication. This advanced portal has significantly improved internal collaboration, streamlined workflows, and enhanced the overall employee experience, supporting SAPTCO’s vision of adopting modern technologies and maintaining operational excellence in the transportation sector.
