Automated post purchase Email for product service

Question

Hi Everyone,
I have two objectives:
send a 5 email post purchase customer journey after the order is confirmed (00days, 07 days, 14 days...) send an email to all customers who have had our product for 10 months (to remind them of an upcoming service)  I tried to do this with the marketing automation app but struggle to figure out where i can set a filter for the time (today = order date + 10 months)
So my question is: is marketing automations the right tool for this, or should I do this with aut

Hi Chris,
Thanks a lot for your answer.
I'm using odoo 18.
The problem with your suggested solution is that I have many orders already who I want to include. E.g. an order from 20 th of may 2024 should be sent out tomorrow.
With the trigger I can only chose beginning of workflow (which i guess is when a order is fulfilling all the filters), but not 10 months after the order date.
So my question is how can i make this work for orders that are already existing?

Hi Till,
which Odoo version are you currently using?
In Odoo 18 there are already some ready-made templates that you can use as you can see below:

In the campaign that appears, you can then add individual activities to the workflow and set any triggers there, among other things
image [2] In summary, marketing automation should be the tool you need to achieve this required behavior.
