I will like to be able to attach tasks (you may refer to them as operations) to boms and manufacturing orders but

1. No need of Workcenters

2. No cost/hour, a fixed cost is needed instead

Kindly help point out possibilities, before going for full-blown module development as it seems there is nothing similar in Odoo
