Yes, this is achievable in Odoo using the Manufacturing module with a few features combined:

Module to use: Manufacturing (mrp)

• Work Centers + Routings: Define your 6 stages as operations in a routing, each assigned to a specific day offset from the production start date. Odoo schedules each operation based on the planned start date of the manufacturing order.
• Batch Production / Manufacturing Orders: Each batch becomes a Manufacturing Order (MO). Since batches can start on any day, the scheduled dates for each operation shift accordingly; Odoo calculates them automatically based on the routing.
• Daily Activity Report: Use Manufacturing > Reporting > Overall Equipment Effectiveness or build a custom filter in Work Orders view, filtered by Scheduled Date = today. This gives operators a view of exactly which operations are due on any given day across all active batches.

For a cleaner daily dispatch list, go to Manufacturing > Work Orders, group by Work Center, and filter by Scheduled Date = today. This acts as your daily production activity report per operator/stage.

If you need a printable or automated daily report, a simple Scheduled Action can email the filtered work orders each morning, or you can use Odoo Studio to create a custom report without development.
