Hi everyone,

I plan to use the same task stages across all my projects. I’m not using the Sales app, so I can’t rely on project templates, and instead I’ll be creating projects through an automation in Make.

I noticed the tooltip on the Task Stage form that says:

“If you follow a similar workflow in several projects, you can share this stage among them and get consolidated information this way.”

However, I’m not able to figure out how to actually make a task stage global.

When editing a task stage, the Projects field seems to be required, so removing the project prevents saving the stage.

What is the correct way to define global task stages that are automatically available in every new project?
