The company required a structured, fully integrated system to organize operations, improve clarity, and enhance administrative control across all departments.

What We Delivered:

 CostCut developed a complete insurance tracking system inside Odoo—built specifically to match Al Bayan’s business model.

 The module organizes every policy from creation to renewal, clarifies responsibilities, and provides real-time tracking of policy status. This eliminated manual follow-up, reduced operational delays, and improved control and visibility across the entire insurance cycle.

We also structured the financial system, organized HR data, streamlined daily operations, and provided extensive training to ensure a smooth transition to Odoo.
