We are currently searching for a highly-motivated, creative and results-driven individual to join our Event Marketing team in Belgium.
About the job
We’re looking for someone dynamic and proactive to join the team working on Odoo Experience, our biggest event of the year, taking place every September in Belgium.
Your role will be to sell booths, Startup Village spots, and upsell tickets. You’ll also have a lot of project management to do with the follow up of partners and leads and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience leading up to the event.
This job includes a lot of prospecting, so we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to reach out, even without a ready-made list.

Responsibilities
- Sell exhibitor stands, Startup Village booths, and ticket upgrades
- Prospect and reach out to potential partners and attendees
- Manage relationships with existing leads and clients
About you

Here's what we expect from you:
Must have
- Fluent in English and French
- Comfortable with prospecting
- Autonomous, proactive, and organized
- Available to start ASAP (OXP is just around the corner)
- Great communication and people skills
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, event planning, project management or partnerships
- Interest in tech, startups, or the event industry
- Knowledge of Odoo or our ecosystem
What we offer
Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
