An exciting opportunity awaits you as an Events Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in organizing over 50 events throughout the year across Mexico and Latin America. This position is tailor-made for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a genuine love for crafting memorable experiences, and are dedicated to delivering top-notch events that leave a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of Odoo events that take place in Mexico and Latam including but not limited to Odoo roadshows, Odoo Day, Recruitment Events, Partners Day, conferences, product launches.
Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, permits, to ensure successful event execution. Coordinate speakers and staff booking travel and accommodation as well.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase awareness and attendance for community events (Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and local advertising, to reach target audiences).
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, sales and operations to align events with overall company objectives.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years proven experience in successfully managing events of various scales through Mexico and latam.
Get done and extroverted personality
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Autonomous, initiative, not afraid to speak up.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and creativity.
English and Spanish Speaker (native)
