An exciting opportunity awaits you as an Events Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in organizing over 50 events throughout the year across Mexico and Latin America. This position is tailor-made for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a genuine love for crafting memorable experiences, and are dedicated to delivering top-notch events that leave a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of Odoo events that take place in Mexico and Latam including but not limited to Odoo roadshows, Odoo Day, Recruitment Events, Partners Day, conferences, product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, permits, to ensure successful event execution. Coordinate speakers and staff booking travel and accommodation as well.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase awareness and attendance for community events (Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and local advertising, to reach target audiences).
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, sales and operations to align events with overall company objectives.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years proven experience in successfully managing events of various scales through Mexico and latam.
- Get done and extroverted personality
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Autonomous, initiative, not afraid to speak up.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and creativity.
- English and Spanish Speaker (native)
