i have installed and configured the odoo source on my local machine when I start the odoo server and go to the browser and typed localhost:8069 it shows me the http://localhost:8069/web/database/create page when I fill the form it creates a new database with tables in Postgres, why it does not redirect me to the login page, even i typed direct localhost:8069/web/login in it back me direct to same page  http://localhost:8069/web/database/create
