Marlow’s needs were to rebuild their old HR software to the vast needs of the company and at the same time introduce new features previously not available to their employees such as self-service for the HR functions, recruitment and appraisal and time and attendance management.
At the same time, Marlow has taken advantage of Odoo’s extensive capabilities and has utilized Odoo’s CRM and digital marketing modules tailored to their sales and marketing teams’ needs.

Medista needed a platform that could handle distinct user profiles with specific permissions. Sales representatives needed the ability to place orders on behalf of doctors, while hospitals required their own direct access. Connecting this front-end interface to a central Odoo system for real-time inventory management and delivery tracking was a critical requirement.
Our solutions
We developed a custom B2B webshop fully linked to Odoo to manage Medista’s specific order flows. The solution features dedicated portals for doctors, hospitals, and sales reps, ensuring the right access for the right user.Centralizing the data in Odoo allows for seamless management of orders, stock levels, and deliveries
