Chateau de Petit-Leez
Dès votre arrivée à l'entrée située sur le parking privé du Château, vous serez accueilli dans le centre d'art contemporain EXIT11 situé dans le premier batiment. Si vous le désirez, un plan du domaine vous sera remis détaillant les différents espaces à découvrir. L'accès au Château de Petit-Leez est gratuit et ouvert du jeudi au dimanche inclus de 14h à 18h. Construit dans le courant du 17ème siècle, agrandi et modifié légèrement aux 18ème et 19ème siècles, ce château-ferme témoigne de l’architecture mosane qui disposait autrefois autour d’une cour carrée les bâtiments construits en matériaux traditionnels tels que la brique, la pierre bleue et l’ardoise.Le château-ferme de Petit-Leez, est admirablement proportionné avec ses tours carrées, ses pierres de taille et ses clochetons d'agrément. Il présente des constructions groupées autour d'une aire rectangulaire en briques et pierres bleues du 17e au 20e siècle, remaniées et assez sèchement restaurées.
On y accède par un portail en plein cintre à l'angle nord-ouest. Au sud, un important logis de style traditionnel, daté au premier niveau de 1618 sur une dalle aux armes des comtes de Grimberghe, est flanqué de deux tours de cinq niveaux. A droite du logis les étables, auxquelles est accolée une tour massive de deux niveaux, remontent à la première moitié du 17e siècle.
Les côtés nord et est datent des 19e et 20e siècles, à l'exception d'un portail à l'est, daté 1673 à la clé. Real Estate
