As Folio & Co scaled its eCommerce presence, operational inefficiencies began to emerge behind the scenes. This resulted in product mismatches, delayed updates, and inconsistencies in stock levels between the physical and digital channels. ERP Cloud delivered a seamless integration between Folio & Co’s backend operations and its WooCommerce storefront. The solution automated the synchronization of product data, pricing, inventory levels, and images, eliminating repetitive tasks and reducing the risk of human error. A custom product export wizard was implemented, enabling the team to generate Excel-based catalogs with pricing and high-resolution images on demand.
