We want to migrate our customer, who is currently using Odoo 13 Community, to Odoo 19 Enterprise. I couldn't find clear information about version 13 on the Odoo website. I want to perform operations locally using the web_enterprise module. Where can I obtain the web_enterprise module for version 13?

The web_enterprise module is part of Odoo Enterprise and is not publicly available through the Community repositories. To obtain the Odoo 13 Enterprise source code (including web_enterprise), you need a valid Enterprise subscription and access to Odoo's Enterprise Git repository.
For a migration from Odoo 13 Community to Odoo 19 Enterprise, the usual approach is to first ensure access to the appropriate Enterprise codebase and then follow a supported migration path, taking custom modules and data compatibility into account.
