Hi, I have created a trial database with a customized account, and later I subscribed only started account. Now my account is locked. How can I remove the customized part and keep only not customized portion of my database?

Hope it helps
Hello,
The database is likely locked because it still contains customizations that are not supported under the Starter plan. To continue using the database on a Starter subscription, you would need to identify and remove any custom modules, Studio customizations, or other custom developments that were added during the trial period.
If the customizations are extensive, another option may be to migrate the standard data into a new Starter-compatible database.
You may also want to contact Odoo Support to review your database and confirm which custom elements are preventing the downgrade.
Hope this works for you! If you need any help implementing this or want a more optimized approach, feel free to reach out for further discussion.

You cannot directly downgrade a customized database to a lower plan while custom features are still active.
Remove:
Studio customizations
Custom fields/views
Custom modules
Apps not included in your plan
If the database is locked, contact Odoo Support and ask them to temporarily unlock it or help migrate standard data to a new database.
Cleanest option: create a new database under the correct plan and import only needed data.

Before making the switch, I'd also recommend exporting any important data and reviewing which custom features are currently in use. That can help avoid surprises if some functionality isn't available after the downgrade.
