Hi, I have created a trial database with a customized account, and later I subscribed only started account. Now my account is locked. How can I remove the customized part and keep only not customized portion of my database?

Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to "downgrade" a customized database to a standard one by simply removing the customizations. If your database contains custom modules, Studio customizations, or features that are not included in your current subscription, Odoo may lock the database until the licensing issue is resolved.
Your options are generally:
Remove the custom modules/customizations that require the higher-tier subscription. If you still have access to the database, uninstall the custom modules and remove any dependencies before changing the license.
Restore a backup from before the customizations were installed, if available.
Contact Odoo Support and ask them to review the database. They can identify which customizations or apps are preventing the database from running under your current plan.
If the database is already locked and inaccessible, Odoo Support is usually the best point of contact, as they can verify the exact modules or customizations causing the restriction and advise on the available recovery options.

You cannot directly downgrade a customized database to a lower plan while custom features are still active.
Remove:
Studio customizations
Custom fields/views
Custom modules
Apps not included in your plan
If the database is locked, contact Odoo Support and ask them to temporarily unlock it or help migrate standard data to a new database.
Cleanest option: create a new database under the correct plan and import only needed data.
