eMerge implemented various Odoo modules including Accounting, CRM, Sales, Project, TimeSheet, Helpdesk, Document & Sign to offer WDM a single platform for all their requirements, streamlining their processes and client communication, structuring the data flow and offer flexibility and accountability. A mix of standard features and customised development was used to fulfil the tasks.
With Odoo ERP, WDM were able to become more efficient and utilising more human resources into their core business rather than repetitive tasks. WDM is now looking forward for the introduction of Marketing and Website . Sklad umožnil presnú a okamžitú evidenciu pohybu tovaru (tvorba produktov cez KIT) a úprava aplikácie Kontakty zabezpečila lepšiu organizáciu dát o zákazníkoch (informácie o bonite klienta, histórii klienta) a dodávateľoch, čo zjednodušilo komunikáciu pri realizovaní zákazkovej výroby šperkov na mieru.
