Vasco beschikt over twee vestiging, een vestiging in Kalmthout en een vestiging in Wilrijk, hun team bestaat uit een 65-tal medewerkers die keukens verkopen, opmeten, produceren, plaatsen, opvolgen en herstellen. Als een eerste uitdaging heeft Callista het tekenpakket Winner Design geïntegreerd met Odoo om de offertes en prijzen van producten automatisch te verwerken. Vervolgens werden de andere aspecten van Odoo opgenomen om een totaalintegratie van proces te bekomen, het gaat hierbij onder meer over het opvolgen van projecten, het produceren van keukens, het plannen van plaatsingen, het plannen van herstellingen, het opvolgen van aanwezigheden met een geïntegreerde tikklok, het boeken van verkoopfacturen, het doorsturen van aankooporders, etc. In een all-in-one oplossing wordt Odoo uitgerold binnen de organisatie zodat processen en communicatie op elkaar wordt afgestemd.
