Hun bestaande systemen voldeden niet meer aan de behoeften van een groeiend bedrijf, en er was een duidelijke noodzaak om operationele processen zoals voorraadbeheer, verkoop en facturatie te centraliseren en te automatiseren. Vasco is een Vlaams familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 40 jaar keukens op maat maakt. In een eigen atelier en lakkerij met kwaliteitsvol materiaal en moderne machines, wordt iedere droomkeuken waarheid. Vasco beschikt over twee vestiging, een vestiging in Kalmthout en een vestiging in Wilrijk, hun team bestaat uit een 65-tal medewerkers die keukens verkopen, opmeten, produceren, plaatsen, opvolgen en herstellen. Als een eerste uitdaging heeft Callista het tekenpakket Winner Design geïntegreerd met Odoo om de offertes en prijzen van producten automatisch te verwerken. Vervolgens werden de andere aspecten van Odoo opgenomen om een totaalintegratie van proces te bekomen, het gaat hierbij onder meer over het opvolgen van projecten, het produceren van keukens, het plannen van plaatsingen, het plannen van herstellingen, het opvolgen van aanwezigheden met een geïntegreerde tikklok, het boeken van verkoopfacturen, het doorsturen van aankooporders, etc. In een all-in-one oplossing wordt Odoo uitgerold binnen de organisatie zodat processen en communicatie op elkaar wordt afgestemd. Vdc & Bo
De fundamenten van VDC & Bo werden al gelegd in 1988 toen vader Daniel Stevens samen met zijn zoon Dino besloten om een punt te zetten achter hun tabaksteelt en over te gaan tot het kerven van tabak : BVBA STEVENS was geboren.In de beginjaren was de productie vooral bedoeld voor hun eigen verkoop als de verkoop op de openbare markten. Geleidelijk aan brachten ze echter nieuwe klanten aan, zodat de productie steeg.Na enkele jaren was de eerste vestiging in Geraardsbergen echter te klein geworden en weken ze in 1994 uit naar Lessen naar hun gloednieuwe gebouwen.
De groei zette zich steeds door en vooral door hun kwaliteit en service volgden snel meerdere private labels, gaandeweg bouwden ze een aantrekkelijk klantenbestand uit zodat vanaf 2003 er samenwerking kwam met enkele buitenlandse firma’s. Vooral het importeren van GIZEH-producten legde de firma geen windeieren. Vader Daniel vond het in 2005 tijd om op rust te gaan en Dino’s zoon Bjorn knokte zich stilletjes aan in het productieproces. Toen in 2009 de opportuniteit zich voordeed om Van Der Cruyssen/Deinze over te nemen aarzelde Dino geen ogenblik. Hij vond dit een extra meerwaarde van zijn bedrijf. Bjorn zou zich daar over ontfermen.
Het noodlot besliste echter anders. Toch liet dit verschrikkelijke feit Dino niet twijfelen en samen met zijn zus Tania en schoonbroer Gerard De Paepe zou de deal met Van Der Cruyssen toch worden gerealiseerd. Dit is de definitieve geboorte van VDC & Bo, verwijzend naar Van Der Cruyssen/Deinze en Dino’s zoon Bjorn (Bo als roepnaam). VDC & Bo is dus uiteindelijk het samengaan van VDC/Deinze en BVBA Stevens. Anno 2018 is VDC & Bo een bedrijf met een dertigtal werknemers die vooral SERVICE en KWALITEIT hoog in het vaandel draagt. Het huidige team doet er dan ook alles aan hun cliënteel zo snel en goed mogelijk te dienen. Grossist/detaljhandel
