Currently have two separate accounts(Users):

• OdooA – subscribed to certain courses and certifications, with its own learning progress and earned Karma points.
• OdooB – subscribed to different courses and certifications, with separate learning progress and Karma points.

Over time, I've actively used both accounts, and as a result, valuable data exists in each account, including:

• • eLearning course enrollments and progress
  • Completed certifications and exam results
  • Earned Karma points through the Gamification system
  • Community/forum activity and reputation

I would like to consolidate everything under a single account and avoid maintaining two separate accounts.

My questions are:

1. Is it possible to merge two accounts into one?

2. If account merging is supported, can the following data be retained from both accounts?

   • eLearning course progress
   • Completed certifications
   • Karma points and gamification achievements
   • Forum/community contributions

3. If a direct merge is not possible, is there an official procedure to:

   • Change the login email of an account, or

   • Transfer certifications, learning progress, and Karma points from one account to another?

My goal is to keep all my learning history, certifications, and reputation data in a single account without losing any progress.

Has anyone faced a similar situation, or can someone confirm the available options?
