Hi, is there a way we can request website visitors to enter their emails before initiating chat request?

Hi, this feature does not exist in Odoo 13, but we plan to implement it in Odoo 14.

Hay Mayte & Neteon,
you can create a custom chatbot and link that bot to your live chat channel using a new Rule..
You can configure the chatbot to ask for email (Step Type "Email") and after that forward the chat to an operator using Step Type "Forward to Operator".
