I am using odoo V15 for organizing a manufacturing process with serial tracking of components and different operations and steps. The different components of the assembly should all be tracked by serial number, but the serial number should be filled in at different operations or steps in the manufacturing process.
When using only 1 operation it is possible to arrange the order at which the serial number of the components should be filled in by using the 'register consumed materials' type steps.
However, when introducing multiple operations, the previous 'Register consumed materials'
