Maintenance – to log vehicle servicing, track maintenance schedules, and integrate costs with financials.
Project – to convert deals into structured delivery projects with defined stages and linked expenses.
Expenses – for tracking driver salaries, fuel, rentals, and customs costs per project.
Accounting – to connect all income and expenses with projects and generate P&L reports per vehicle and delivery.
Documents – for storing contracts, rental agreements, invoices, and customs paperwork in one place.
Odoo Studio – for custom automation such as truck assignment logic and delay-fee rules for invoicing.
Website (planned) – to integrate customer inquiries and order collection into the CRM pipeline.
