  • Sales & CRM – for structured deal pipelines categorized by service type (Port to Warehouse, Customs Support, Freight Forwarding) and tailored workflows for each.
  • Fleet – to manage company-owned and rented vehicles, track assignment to projects, and record associated expenses.
  • Maintenance – to log vehicle servicing, track maintenance schedules, and integrate costs with financials.
  • Project – to convert deals into structured delivery projects with defined stages and linked expenses.
  • Expenses – for tracking driver salaries, fuel, rentals, and customs costs per project.
  • Accounting – to connect all income and expenses with projects and generate P&L reports per vehicle and delivery.
  • Documents – for storing contracts, rental agreements, invoices, and customs paperwork in one place.
  • Odoo Studio – for custom automation such as truck assignment logic and delay-fee rules for invoicing.
  • Website (planned) – to integrate customer inquiries and order collection into the CRM pipeline.


Impact & Results:

With Odoo, RP Logistics has transformed into a digitally enabled logistics provider. Each truck's profitability is now monitored in real time, expenses are automatically assigned to delivery projects, and invoices are generated with intelligent delay charges. Internal coordination has improved significantly, and the team now operates from a centralized, streamlined platform. RP Logistics is now ready to scale its services across Bangladesh and beyond with confidence and control.
