Hlavným prínosom integrácie bolo nastavenie modulu Projekty, ktorý umožnil lepšie riadenie a sledovanie automatizácie úloh vedenia účtovníctva. Systém automaticky vyžiada od klientov účtovné podklady, vypočíta čas, ktorý sa má venovať účtovník spracovaniu dokumentácie, a dokumenty od klienta cez OCR digitalizuje. Okrem toho sme automatizovali celý systém priraďovania úloh podľa jednotlivých účtovných úkonov (podľa toho, či ide o DPH, daň z príjmu, podklady pre mzdy a pod.), čo výrazne zjednodušilo a zrýchlilo interné procesy.

Truncus, een multi-family office uit Zele, koos daarom voor een on-premise Odoo-omgeving waarin timesheets, projectmanagement, verkoop en accounting volledig geïntegreerd zijn. Dit geeft hen maximale controle over gevoelige data en een sluitende opvolging van interne processen.Resultaat: vlottere compliance-rapportering, meer operationele rust en groter vertrouwen bij cliënten.

Is een administratiekantoor dat naast het voeren van administratie vooral focust op het geven van bedrijfsproces adviezen.Menig client van TY Finance B.V. hebben al kostenbesparingen cq omzet verhogingen hiermee gerealiseerd.
De boekhoudingen werden sinds 2016 gedaan in eBoekhouden. Maar diverse cliënten groeiden en hadden meer functionaliteit nodig terwijl de software van eBoekhouden stil blijft staan. Daarom werd gezocht naar een geavanceerdere oplossing (bijvoorbeeld om multi company te ondersteunen met automatisch rekening courant/intercompay), niet zijnde Exact Online vanwege de stijgende prijzen, en is gekozen voor Odoo software.
Samen met financieel gespecialiseerde consultants van dooIT is een goede model administratie opgezet om alle clientadministraties om te zetten naar Odoo. Tevens wordt al samengewerkt om diverse cliënten meer uit Odoo te laten halen bijvoorbeeld door de inzet van geïntegreerde POS (kassa), website, webshop etc
