Founded in 2002, Alfaisal University is a fully accredited NCAAA institute of higher education located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Arab Institute for Sales and Marketing AIMS
THE BIRTH: AIMS was founded in 2001. With a focus on Sales and Marketing, with an aim to provide a unique way of doing business with clients, by being a professional, dynamic and focused entity with one thing in mind; provision of best practice solutions.THE BOOM: In 2004, AIMS scored a very important contracts with with the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities and with Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), the later project was enormous by any measure, AIMS was to oversee 160 Training & Development Centers all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the objective was to to train 60,000 individuals to make enable them to enter the professional market.
By 2008 AIMS had major changes a new name and a new direction, Arab Institute for Sales and Marketing simply became AIMS Training and Consultation. The firm has new senior team possessing strong experience in the Human Development and Business Management fields. They shortly transformed the way AIMS does business. Digital Optimization (DO AI), a Saudi-based digital solutions provider, collaborated with CWare Technologies to modernize their operations and enhance their digital footprint. The initiative focused on streamlining financial processes and building a strong online presence in line with Saudi Arabia’s innovation-driven vision.CWare Technologies implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP system along with a customized corporate website developed on Odoo Website Builder. This enabled DO AI to optimize accounting, invoicing, and client interaction through a unified platform.
The project team from CWare Technologies combined the expertise of ERP specialists, financial consultants, software engineers, and digital strategy professionals to ensure success.

Education & Training industry in (Saudi Arabia) with a leading provider of educational and professional development programs across the Kingdom. Facing several operational challenges—including manual certificate issuance, fragmented HR and finance processes, and lack of real-time tracking for sales and procurement—the organization sought a robust, integrated ERP solution to streamline its workflows. To address these needs, we implemented a custom Certificate Management module that enables automated and secure issuance of student certificates, significantly reducing administrative overhead and eliminating manual errors.
In addition, modules like Sales, Purchase, Accounting, and HR were deployed to unify the management of training course enrollments, procurement of training materials, payroll processing, and instructor staffing. The integration of these functions into a single Odoo platform has resulted in improved internal communication, better financial oversight, and time savings across departments.
