Facing several operational challenges—including manual certificate issuance, fragmented HR and finance processes, and lack of real-time tracking for sales and procurement—the organization sought a robust, integrated ERP solution to streamline its workflows. To address these needs, we implemented a custom Certificate Management module that enables automated and secure issuance of student certificates, significantly reducing administrative overhead and eliminating manual errors.
