Medista
Medista is a key player in the medical supply chain, providing logistical solutions for pharmaceutical companies. They required a custom online store integrated with Odoo to facilitate ordering for a complex network of doctors, hospitals, and sales representatives.The challenges
Medista needed a platform that could handle distinct user profiles with specific permissions. Sales representatives needed the ability to place orders on behalf of doctors, while hospitals required their own direct access. Connecting this front-end interface to a central Odoo system for real-time inventory management and delivery tracking was a critical requirement.

We developed a custom B2B webshop fully linked to Odoo to manage Medista’s specific order flows. We implemented Odoo as the central foundation for Movveo’s operations, replacing the rigid legacy system. A key part of the solution is a custom client portal, which is already live, allowing customers to interact seamlessly with Movveo’s services. The project is ongoing, with continuous development focused on further refining the platform to perfectly meet the evolving needs of their clients.
