Movveo, based in Zaventem, Belgium, specializes in optimizing fleet mobility for companies. They provide a full range of services, including daily fleet management, pool car organization, and strategic consulting to reduce costs and improve sustainability. Their mission is to simplify fleet management for their clients, ensuring peace of mind and operational efficiency. 

The challenge

Despite their expertise, Movveo was held back by their IT infrastructure. They were using a specialized industry software that was "excessively expensive" and offered very little flexibility. The system could not easily adapt to new requirements or specific client needs, creating a bottleneck for growth. Movveo needed to break away from this constraint and find a solution that offered simplicity, centrality, and the freedom to build exactly what they needed.

dear digital helped Movveo transition to Odoo, providing a robust and flexible starting point for their operations. We developed a custom web portal that interfaces with Odoo, giving Movveo's clients direct access to their fleet data and services. This portal is currently live and serves as a key touchpoint for customer interaction. We are continuing to develop and enhance the system, adding new features in an agile way to ensure the solution grows in lockstep with Movveo’s customer requirements. 

The results

Movveo has successfully migrated away from their restrictive legacy software to a modern, scalable Odoo environment. The new custom portal has improved the client experience by providing a transparent and easy-to-use interface.
