Plennix implemented a tailored Odoo solution to optimize workforce management and improve operational efficiency. The solution included Attendance, Payroll, and HR modules, along with a custom Employee Portal to streamline employee tracking, payroll automation, and compliance with labor regulations. The Attendance module provided real-time insights into employee presence, ensuring accurate tracking and reducing errors. The Payroll module automated salary calculations, tax management, and compliance with local regulations, improving accuracy and saving time. The HR module enhanced employee data management, recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking. Training and gamification features were introduced to boost engagement, while the Geolocation Punch-in functionality enabled seamless attendance tracking from any location. ERP Cloud implemented a full-scale ERP solution covering sales, purchasing, and inventory in one integrated platform. Automated workflows replaced manual processes, allowing the Sinko team to create quotations, confirm orders, and manage supplier purchases with greater speed and accuracy. Real-time inventory tracking helped prevent stockouts and improved planning for high-demand items.
In parallel, ERP Cloud launched a modern, user-friendly website for Sinko, complete with a product catalog, inquiry forms, and customer access to relevant product information. This digital transformation not only improved internal operations but also extended Sinko’s market reach.
With everything now centralized and streamlined, Sinko is positioned for sustainable growth, confident in its ability to deliver on quality and service both offline and online.

Skaff Dairy Farm
Skaf Farm, established in 2011, began with a dairy herd of 200 cows to produce high-quality Lebanese dairy products. Today, it manufactures more than 850 tons annually, including Laban, Labneh, Akkawi, Baladi, Halloumi, and other traditional dairy products. As the farm expanded its production and distribution, it faced challenges managing fragmented inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, and financial processes, as well as maintaining quality control and equipment maintenance.
