ARM
Anti-Racism Movement (ARM)The Anti-Racism Movement (ARM) was launched in 2010 as a grassroots collective by young Lebanese feminist activists in collaboration with migrant workers and migrant domestic workers, following a racist incident at one of Beirut’s most well-known private beach resorts (Sporting Club).
ARM activists, using a hidden camera, filmed the administration’s blatant acts of discrimination and segregation. The video quickly spread online, and ARM’s efforts to bring this issue to light were lauded by many. Interest grew in this small volunteer-based movement, members increased, and our projects grew in scope and scale. In 2012, ARM became a registered NGO with full and part-time staff in order to increase its capacity to carry out more projects to fight racist discrimination and abuse in Lebanon.
Building on our philosophy that recognizes the importance of community-building work, ARM created the Migrant Community Centers (MCCs) which grew from one small center in 2011 in Beirut to centers in three major cities by 2016, in addition to a Sunday educational space. Education

About:Ana w Tofli is a Lebanese brand founded by parenting coach Fatima Al Hajj, offering a unique blend of services and products that support child development and parental guidance. Challenges:
As Ana w Tofli expanded its offerings and client base, the need for a unified digital platform became essential. The business faced challenges in managing appointments, selling products online, handling inventory across various categories, and ensuring a smooth accounting process. In addition, the brand needed an efficient way to launch e-learning content and conduct targeted email campaigns to engage its community.
Solutions:
Madiwel implemented a tailored Odoo solution encompassing key modules such as Website & eCommerce, Appointment, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, and E-learning. This all-in-one system allowed Ana w Tofli to centralize operations, manage customer interactions seamlessly, and scale both its physical and digital services. The Odoo platform now serves as the operational backbone of Ana w Tofli, supporting its mission to deliver expert parenting support and quality developmental products across Lebanon and beyond. As the first child-centered environmental learning facility in the country, Dent De Lait promotes sustainability, creativity, and community engagement through its innovative curriculum and values-driven approach.
To support its growing team and ensure smooth internal operations, Dent De Lait partnered with EDM to implement Odoo’s Accounting, HR, and Payroll modules, enabling the organization to efficiently manage employee data, streamline payroll, and maintain accurate financial records—all while staying focused on delivering high-quality education and care. Levantine Institute offers quality Arabic courses in an immersion program that includes accommodation, annual program, cultural experience, and engagement with the community.Al Jawad Software house helped Levantine to build an online version of their courses which can be taught and accessed remotely all while accommodating for different time zones. The classes are given online through an (Odoo + Zoom) customer integration. Education
