Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Limited – Lebanon Branch - provides marketing services to support Philip Morris International (PMI) brands in the region. A dedicated team allocated by Plennix worked on developing a custom-tailored Odoo CRM and marketing automation solution that was launched exclusively for the IQOS product. The solution encompassed a full CRM integrated with eCommerce, POS and customer services solutions, in addition to a comprehensively dynamic helpdesk system and marketing solution. The project was a pure success to Philip Morris. PMI was capable to sell in the shortest time, a huge number of IQOS items that exceeded the expectations after the great marketing automation and campaigns launched from Odoo.
