Program Details
Sales Trainee Program (Odoo Indonesia)
This is an intensive 6-month acceleration program for Fresh Graduates and early careers with a maximum of 1 year of experience. The program's objective is to sharpen your knowledge and skills to prepare you to become a future professional Business Advisors at Odoo Indonesia. The output of this program is that you will become a Business Advisor’s professional.
Duration & Activities: The 6-month development program includes basic training, sales training, business case, coaching/buddy, and mentoring from external speakers.
Work Experience: You will start handling the full sales cycle of Odoo ERP products as a Business Advisors Trainee from the third month until the sixth month.
Work Location: Willing to work from the office 5 days a week in BSD, Tangerang.
Requirements
Education: Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from any major, graduated from a reputable university.
GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.30.
Experience: Fresh Graduate or a maximum of 1 year of professional experience.
Skills & Mindset:
Must have good English skills.
Interest in sales, consultative selling, and target oriented.
Able to work in a team and open for collaboration with other teams.
Good communication skills, own a customer first mindset, be self-driven, and have good logical thinking.
