In Odoo, the label “Sales Support” on the Opportunity form is not a standard CRM field, so it is most likely a custom field, a renamed existing field, or a translation change. To locate it, activate Developer Mode from Settings and open the Opportunity form. Then use the debug (bug) icon and click “View Fields” or “Edit View: Form”, and search for the label “Sales Support” inside the XML. This will show the technical field name (for example, something like x_sales_support if it was created using Studio). You can also go to Settings → Technical → Database Structure → Fields, filter by model crm.lead, and search for “Sales Support” to see which module created it. In many cases, it may simply be the standard Salesperson (user_id) field whose label was modified through Studio or translation.
