Premium Partners is a Belgian specialist in branded merchandise and POS materials. They design, source and manage branded webshops, stock and international distribution for large corporate clients. To support a growing portfolio of B2B Shopify Plus stores and complex logistics through Active Ants (Maya), they needed a scalable backbone that standardises processes while staying flexible per customer.
The Challenge
Each large customer receives its own Shopify Plus webshop, but order handling, stock management and finance were spread across different systems. There was no single source of truth for products, inventory or project margins, and onboarding new e‑commerce customers required a lot of repeated configuration.
Integrations with Shopify Plus and warehouse partner Active Ants were limited, making it hard to automate consignment flows, netting of Shopify Plus sales, forecasting and quarterly closing across entities such as Premium Partners Europe and France.

dear digital designed an Odoo 16 blueprint that becames the operational hub for all e‑commerce clients. A connector synchronises orders and customer data from each Shopify Plus store into Odoo, where sales orders, deliveries and invoices are created automatically. A custom integration with Active Ants (Maya) copies delivery orders to the WMS, keeps stock levels in sync and returns tracking information to both Odoo and Shopify.
Within Odoo, clear workflows define how products are created, customers are onboarded, purchase orders are triggered and inventory flows are handled. Finance and reporting are supported with project‑based analytics, forecasting reports that flag products to reorder, and tools to simplify monthly netting for consignment webshops.
The Results
With Odoo as a future‑proof backbone, Premium Partners gains a standardised yet flexible setup to roll out new e‑commerce clients faster. Integrations with Shopify Plus and Active Ants reduce manual work and errors from order to shipment and invoice, while structured data and reporting give insight into margins per project and product. The new architecture allows Premium Partners to scale its branded webshop offering to more customers without losing control over operations, stock and finance.
